“Let Go of the Past”
When we are in the presents of the Father, we cannot live in the past, whether it is the pain and sorrow of it, or the glories of the past, or both, it makes no difference. If we do we will become stagnate unable to move forward stuck like a pillar of salt (because we looked back) instead of the salt of the earth, to do the greater works the Lord would have us do for him. Genealogies, do not help us as believers in carrying out responsibilities divinely entrusted to us, but give rise to idle questions. Tit. 3: 9, “But avoid foolish questions and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.” Tim. 1: 4,
Are ancestries becomes nil and void because we are now, new creatures in Christ Jesus because of his blood his DNA has washed away are past.
Therefor if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature old things are passed away behold, all things are become new…reconciling us to himself. II Cor. 5: 17
In the fullness of time, we will become just like Him, having his Divine, Nature, and Authority, we will be without spot or wrinkle to glorify Him.
The storms of life...Matt. 8: 23-27
I see the storms of life whipping and lashing out at me beating at the ship that I am in.
"...Then I remember that I am not alone..."
I walk over to the corner Jesus is asleep in, I lay down next to Him resting my head on His sholder trusting, believing in Him.
"Then He speaks to the storm...PEACE BE STILL, and know that I AM GOD." Ps. 46:10
